Terms of Service

All digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by PixelForgeLabx are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and PixelForgeLabx. These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless superseded by a specific SOW.

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, PixelForgeLabx assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, frontend codebases, and digital assets directly to the Client. PixelForgeLabx retains no ongoing license or usage rights over delivered work product.

Project timelines are established in each SOW and are subject to timely client feedback and asset provision. Delays in client response exceeding 14 business days may result in timeline adjustments. All project fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified in writing.

PixelForgeLabx shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

PixelForgeLabx operates on a milestone-based payment structure as defined in each project's Statement of Work. Invoices are issued upon completion of defined milestones and are due within 14 calendar days of issuance.

If a project is cancelled by the Client prior to the commencement of work on a paid milestone, PixelForgeLabx will issue a full refund of the corresponding milestone payment within 10 business days. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced on a milestone, the Client shall be invoiced for work completed to date on a pro-rata basis, with any excess payment refunded within 10 business days.

For the Continuous Observability Retainer service, the Client may terminate the monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. No refund shall be issued for the current billing period in which notice is given. All outstanding deliverables from the current period shall be completed and delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. PixelForgeLabx shall process all approved refunds via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

SLA & Limitation of Liability

Clients enrolled in the Continuous Observability Retainer benefit from our 99.9% uptime availability guarantee and a priority 2-hour technical support response window during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET).

SLA credit shall be applied to the Client's account for any verified downtime exceeding 0.1% in a calendar month, calculated as a pro-rata credit against the monthly retainer fee. SLA claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.
